We will offer advice about how best to present your home to potential buyers – such as the importance of highlighting its best features, keeping internal and exterior areas clear and uncluttered and how to set the right first impression on viewings. We provide professional photography and floorplans and can advise you on the requirements of obtaining an Energy Performance Certificate in order to legally market your property for sale.
